Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 August 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Safety Campaign Hub (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organisation you represent.
2. Accounts and organisations
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Each account is associated with an organisation workspace, and access within that workspace is governed by role-based permissions set by the workspace owner.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or bypass security controls.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not use the Service to generate materials intended to deceive or endanger workers.
- Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written consent.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you and your organisation create in the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
5. AI-generated output
Portions of the Service use AI models to generate campaign content, toolbox talks, slogans, safety moments, and similar materials. You are responsible for reviewing all generated output before use, verifying its accuracy against your applicable legislation, standards, and site conditions, and making it fit for purpose. AI output is not professional safety, legal, or medical advice.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Free plans and fair use
Free plans include usage limits which we may change to protect the Service. Free tools include per-day generation limits.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your use presents a risk to the Service or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area.
9. Warranties and disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify account owners of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
